"Trees are now recognised as the best way to fight the Climate Crisis. Scientists say that if we can plant 500 billion trees Worldwide over the next 20 years it will lock up the carbon output of the past 25 years. However, we also need to take drastic action to reach net zero CO2 output as soon as possible and the Green Party has set the target of achieving this by 2030.
